The problem
People who need a power of attorney, a certified copy or an attested degree in the UAE rarely know which document they need, which authority signs it, or what it costs, and most providers answer all three only after a phone call.
What was built
Seven service families (powers of attorney, certified copies, attestation, affidavits, child travel and NOCs, company documents and legal notices), each with its own pages and a published starting price, plus emirate pages, fees, guides and an FAQ, in English and Arabic. A document finder asks four questions and returns the route, the price and what to bring. WhatsApp and call buttons on every page.
The engineering decision
Speed was a hard requirement, so the content pages are prerendered and served as plain HTML with the JavaScript framework stripped out, keeping interactivity only where a tool needs it: Lighthouse 98 to 99 for performance and 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO. The brief banned invented facts, so every price and business detail stayed flagged as a placeholder until the owner confirmed it, with no fake reviews or counters.

The brief banned invented facts, so every price and business detail started as a visible placeholder and an owner checklist, replaced only when the owner confirmed it. No fake reviews, counters or competitor copy.

Making it fast
A custom export script prerenders every content page to plain HTML and strips the framework JavaScript, keeping scripts only on the interactive tools. Lighthouse: 98 to 99 performance, 100 accessibility, best practices and SEO.

Shipping to Hostinger
Hostinger's servers cannot build Next.js, so the site is built locally into a standalone package and uploaded, first to a staging address and then to the live domain.
