The problem
Crypto licensing in the UAE is split across a dozen regulators — federal, emirate, financial free zone, commercial free zone and offshore — and the people who need it arrive speaking Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Russian or Mandarin. A single-language brochure site cannot answer the first question any of them has, which is simply: which regulator applies to me?
What was built
Sixty-eight pages published across twelve locales — 816 URLs — covering every UAE regulator plus eight international jurisdictions, with services, guides and a full legal shelf. Arabic, Persian and Urdu are laid out genuinely right-to-left rather than translated onto a left-to-right template: the navigation, hero and footer all mirror.
The engineering decision
Five interactive decision tools carry the site — a jurisdiction engine, cost estimator, licensing timeline, regulator map and application checklist. They qualify a visitor before any contact form, so the enquiries that arrive already state which regulator and roughly what budget, which is the difference between a lead and a name.
